The Purpose of Presbytery Operations:
To provide organizational support to the daily operation of the Presbytery, to hold the Presbytery accountable to its members, and to comply with all state-mandated not-for-profit organizational requirements.

BUDGET & FISCAL MANAGEMENT
The Commission for Presbytery Operations fulfills its supportive purpose through the following responsibilities:
- Preparing and monitoring the annual Presbytery budget.
- Monitoring compliance with Financial Policies.
Insuring the completion of full annual reviews of the budget. - Overseeing Presbytery Investments, and approving expenditures therefrom.
HUMAN RESOURCES
The Commission for Presbytery Operations fulfills its supportive purpose through the following responsibilities:
Developing and maintaining job descriptions for staff and commissioners.
- Staff training and development.
- Providing personnel services, staff oversight and reviews.
- Develop and monitor compliance of EEOC, ethics, anti-harassment, and other employment / personnel policies.
PROPERTY & LOANS
The Commission for Presbytery Operations fulfills its supportive purpose through the following responsibilities:
- Approving, overseeing, and managing Presbytery loans.
- Approving purchase and sale of properties in which the Presbytery has a vested interest.
