Minimum Compensation for Pastoral Services: Moderating a Session or Congregational Meeting $50 plus IRS mileage rate. Presiding at Communion (when not preaching) $50 plus IRS mileage rate @.72.5 /mile. Contract Pastor Services (when not preaching) $25/hr. plus IRS mileage @.72.5 /mile. Pulpit Supply $200 for one service, or $250 for two or more services, plus IRS mileage rate@.72.5 /mile. Please Note: Pulpit supply fee is due even if you later cancel. Please provide a greeter, a place to change and store the individual’s belongings. Share what time to arrive and how to access the church.
